DEVPINGS

How can my coding agent receive a verification email?

Give it an inbox it can read. devpings gives your agent its own email address and a tool that waits for the code.

Coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor get stuck at the same place: a service sends a 6-digit code or a sign-in link by email, and the agent has no inbox. The human stops, opens their email, copies the code, pastes it back.

devpings gives the agent its own address. When the email arrives, the agent calls wait_for_code and gets the code and nothing else. A sign-in link waits for you in your mail view.

Setup, about two minutes:

1. Sign up at devpings.com and confirm by sending one email (no link to click).

2. Press “Get your agent’s address”. You get agent-…@devpings.com and a key, shown once.

3. In a terminal: claude mcp add --scope user --transport http devpings https://www.devpings.com/mcp. Then in Claude Code type /mcp, choose devpings, Authenticate: you sign in on devpings.com and click Allow. No key to copy. It works in every project.

4. Check: start Claude Code, type /mcp, and look for devpings ✓ connected.

5. Your agent now has two tools: wait_for_code and read_inbox.

Important: many services, GitHub included, require a human to create the account. You make the sign-up; your agent reads the code.
